Kay Vault works because people trust what they see here — verified Hubs, real businesses, honest promotion. These guidelines describe the kind of community we're building and how we expect everyone to show up, whether you're running a Hub or just browsing the feed.

These guidelines are the "spirit" version of our rules. The legally binding version lives in our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service — if there's ever a conflict, those documents govern.

  1. What We're Building

Kay Vault exists to help real businesses and individuals get their products, services, and content in front of people who might genuinely want them. That only works if:

  • People can trust that a Hub is who it says it is;
  • Promotions are honest about what they're offering;
  • The feed feels worth scrolling, not like a wall of noise or scams.

Everything below is in service of that.

  1. Be Real
  • Be who you say you are. Your Hub went through identity verification for a reason — don't undermine that by misrepresenting your identity, your business, or what you're offering.
  • Promote honestly. Show real products, real services, real content. Don't bait people with one thing and deliver another.
  • Own your claims. If you say a product does something, be able to back it up.
  1. Be Respectful
  • Disagree without attacking. Comments and criticism are fine — harassment, threats, and personal attacks aren't.
  • No hate. Content or comments that demean people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar are not welcome here, full stop.
  • Respect boundaries. Don't spam people's inboxes, tag people excessively, or use the Platform to pressure or harass someone into a purchase.
  1. Play Fair
  • No fake engagement. Buying followers, using bots, or coordinating fake reviews undermines the whole feed system for everyone else — including other honest Hubs competing for the same slots.
  • No gaming the system. Don't try to manipulate feed rounds, slot allocation, or search rankings through technical exploits or coordinated manipulation.
  • Compete on merit. The best way to win attention on Kay Vault is a good product, honestly presented — not tricks.
  1. Keep It Safe
  • No illegal goods or services. If it's illegal to sell where you're selling it, it's not welcome on Kay Vault.
  • No exploitative content. This includes anything sexualizing minors (zero tolerance, always reported), content promoting self-harm, or content exploiting vulnerable people.
  • Protect people's data. Don't use the Platform to collect or expose other people's personal information without consent.
  1. Respect Ownership
  • Only promote what you have rights to. Don't post or sell content, products, or brands that belong to someone else without permission.
  • Give credit where it's due. If you're reselling or promoting someone else's digital product, be upfront about that relationship where it matters.
  1. How We Handle Reports

If a Hub or piece of content is reported, we review it against our AUP and these guidelines. Depending on what we find, outcomes can range from a content removal request, to a warning, to Hub suspension, to permanent removal — see our Acceptable Use Policy for enforcement details.

We try to be proportionate: a first-time honest mistake is treated differently from a deliberate, repeated violation.

  1. Report Something

If you see a Hub or piece of content that doesn't belong here, report it via [REPORT/SUPPORT EMAIL] or the in-app reporting tool. Include links or screenshots where you can — it helps us act faster.

Kay Vault is only as good as the community using it. Verified Hubs, honest promotion, and real engagement are what make this Platform worth showing up to — for promoters and browsers alike. Thanks for being part of that.
